Join us for a hands on workshop with Red Apron Charcuterie. This 1.5-hour hands-on class will guide you through the selection and pairing of four artisanal cheeses and three gourmet cured meats. Our expert instructor will provide tips and techniques for arranging and presenting a stunning charcuterie board that will impress your friends and family. 

During the class, you will also learn about additional accompaniments like fruits, nuts, and spreads to enhance your board. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned charcuterie enthusiast, this workshop is designed to be both educational and enjoyable.

As you craft your masterpiece, you’ll have the opportunity to sample from a beautifully prepared grazing table featuring an array of delicious treats. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the brewery, savoring craft beers that perfectly complement your charcuterie creations.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a completed charcuterie board to take home and the skills to create more stunning boards in the future. All materials and ingredients are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and appetite!

  • 1 1/2-hour, interactive workshop on how to create a charcuterie board
  • Take-home cheat sheet with tips & tricks on arranging, styling, and pairing meats & cheeses
  • All ingredients to make your board, including 4 assorted cheeses, 3 cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more!
  • 10" Palm Leaf Platter - to take home with you
  • Boxes, so you can take your charcuterie board home
  • A Grazing board for everyone to enjoy with the finest New England products, such as cheeses from Smith’s Country Cheese.
